During this business trip to the Philippines, I deeply realized the true meaning of LED display customer service: helping customers solve problems. In order to solve the problem, I learned a key step – discovering the needs of customers.

In communicating with customers, I learned how to listen with sincerity and patience, so as to understand the essence of customer problems.
